Pet friendly

• Only small or medium-sized pets are allowed, subject to mandatory advance notification.
• Pets cannot be left alone or unattended in guest rooms if guests leave the hotel.
• In communal areas of the hotel, pets must be kept on a lead or in a cage.
• It is strictly forbidden to allow animals to climb onto beds, armchairs, chairs, tables, etc.
• Pet owners accept full responsibility for any damage that may be caused by pets.
• Pets must be used to living in a clean way. If your pets cause too much damage or disorder, management is authorised to request supplementary payment from the owners in addition to the surcharge paid when booking.
• A credit card or deposit may be required to guarantee damages caused by pets.
• For safety reasons and for the comfort of your pet, the maid will not clean your room if your pet is left unattended.
• Cleaning animal droppings is the owner’s responsibility. Guests are invited to bring a dustpan and sanitary bags with them in order to contain animal waste.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, guests must personally arrange for pets, bringing special kennels, cages or carriers with them. The hotel does not provide materials and equipment of this type.
