Hotel Califfo is happy to welcome your four-legged friends. To ensure the comfort of all guests, we have set out some important rules to follow during your stay.
Only small or medium-sized animals are accepted, subject to mandatory advance notice.
Animals must not be left alone in the room or unattended when guests leave the hotel.
In the hotel’s common areas, animals must be kept on a lead or in a carrier.
Animals are strictly forbidden on beds, armchairs, chairs, tables, etc.
Pet owners accept full responsibility for any damage that may be caused by their animals.
Animals must be accustomed to clean living. If your animals cause excessive mess or damage, Management is authorised to charge owners an additional supplement, on top of the surcharge included in the booking.
A credit card or deposit may be required as security for any damage caused by the animal.
For safety and your pet’s comfort, housekeeping will not clean the room if your animal is left unattended.
Cleaning up after your pet is the owners’ responsibility. Guests are asked to bring a scoop and bags to dispose of pet waste.
For hygiene and safety reasons, guests must provide their own pet bedding, carriers or travel crates. The hotel does not supply such equipment.
