About us

Thanks to tireless cataloguing and enhancement work carried out over many years by the founder Bruno Mura and his son Fausto, many of these works of art can now be admired in every corner, every room and every indoor and outdoor space of Art Hotel Califfo.

Also thanks to this strong artistic imprint, in the early 1990s the hotel was chosen to host the International Competition “Fare arte in Sardegna”. This important recognition means that some of the works which took part in the competition – on stone, wood and canvas – can still be admired here today.

Over the years, Art Hotel Califfo has become a true art gallery and its halls, corridors and rooms are scattered with small and large masterpieces. They are memories of the work of many Sardinian artists, from the 1950s to today, which are still here, visible and vibrant.
