For the event the organizing committee has stipulated an agreement with Hotel Califfo for the stay of the participants, that will offer high quality services with reduced fares.
The fixed fares are the following:
B & B
Double room: 39,00 pp
3 Beds room: 35,00 pp
4 Beds room: 35,00 pp
Half board (drinks incl.)
Double room: 43,00
3 Beds room: 39,00
4 Beds room: 39,00
Full board (drinks incl.)
Double room: 49,00
3 Beds room: 45,00
4 Beds room: 45,00
Additional charge single room: 20,00
· The above-mentioned fares are guaranteed until sell-out of available rooms, depending on the arrival order of bookings, that have to be submitted within October 10th 2007.
· By confirmation of bookings a deposit fee of 30% of the total amount has to be paid by bank transfer (a copy of it should be please sent to the chosen Hotel), whereas the balance will be paid at the arrival, directly in the Hotel.
· We underline that only by choosing one of the above-mentioned Hotels a free shuttle will be available, during the days of the event, between the Hotels and the sports hall, provided by the Centro Sportivo Kanazawa.
