Why Sardinia ?
Crazy question … this big island invites you, to get in touch with the unique nature and landscapes, really born for the motor biker’s pleasure.
Fact is that Sardinia offers 12.435 km of roads which seem to be constructed specially for the motorbike use. Here and there we find tracks which offer in “second intervals” curves for kilometres. So you will absolutely enjoy your “biker’s curving swing”.
There is no track where the visual impression will not change, in shortest time you get from the costal area up to the mountains, 400 – 500 altimeters in a short road track … no problem.
The grip of the roads is above average, the road guidance is extremely interesting and the traffic very low.
What nobody knows is, that the climate of Sardinia permits to go by motorbike ALL OVER THE YEAR, that means 12 months motor biking.
Problems: Only if we have some snow in the mountains … and when its too hot in the summer.
Solution: When the mountains are snowy we will ride the bike in the costal area … and when it is too hot in the summer, we will go swimming or we will ride the bike in the lovely and fresh mountain landscape.
